Due to the nature of nutritional and wellness products, opened or used items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
